Jennifer Convertibles

my name is Patricia and i went to Jennifer Convertibles at Story Avenue location in the Bronx and i wanted to say that i was helped pofessionaly by a wonderful salesman named Erik! He was patient and worjed very hard because he was was dealing with 5 customers at the same time as well as myself. and still able to make all sells by himself. I love my new furniture! He said he loves his job and sees a future in it! If i was his boss, i would put him as a Manager because he knows exactly what he's doing in giving his customers excellent satisfaction! Not Great but "Excellent" job Erik! I am truly Satisfied! I rate the Bronx, NY, Story Avenue location 5 Stars.. I would recommend this Store location And Highly recommend Erik! 4/30/2012

I wanted to write and express my appreciation for the wonderful service I received at the Fremont CA store from Valerie and from Mohan! Valerie did a lovely job at helping me pick out my new sofas and dinette set. And, when I had discussed the deal with my husband and we decided it was just a little out of our price range, Mohan worked out a great deal for us! Thanks for your great service! Looking forward to getting our new furniture delivered this Friday!

I purchased the Big Kahuna as well as a bedroom set from the Bronx, Story Avenue location and my customer service rep Francisco was awesome. Not only was he honest about the pieces I chose but he was willing to answer every single question me and my husband asked and he wasn't in a rush to try to sell us anything, he allowed us to take our time and pick what we wanted on our own. He kept in touch with me until I got my furniture delieved and he called once it was delivered to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Great job Franscisco !!!!!! My relators need people like you :-)

I bought the cream slip covered "Linda" sofa 11 years ago. It is down filled and so comfortable. It is an amazing value! It still looks good, however I did replace the slipcover 5 years ago. (My own fault) I cannot say enough great things about this sofa! I have seen this identical sofa at several other stores at higher prices, one of which had priced it at $6000! I checked it out and it was exactly the same one. This is the best sofa and the best value ever! I live in Chicago and I do not work or have any affiliation to Jennifer Convertible Co. So thank you! I had one of the best experiences walking into Fremont store. Mohan greeted me and gave an exceptional service. He was extremely polite and listened to every concern that I had, and gave his honest opinion without trying to push anything on me. I purchased the set I liked and the date of the delivery was promised for less than a week. I was a bit skeptic about the delivery date, and I was expecting to get a call to postpone the delivery date. Instead I got 2 calls from Mohan, first confirming the date and the second, confirming the window of delivery time. Sure enough on the delivery day (Sunday) the delivery people showed up, extremely polite and fast and the whole set (couch, love seat, and chair) got set up in less than half an hour. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the service I received from Jennifer Convertibles. Thanks again Mohan.
